FORBIDDEN RICE SALMON BOWL
Asian salmon served over a mango scallion black rice medley, Garnished with mango, slivered almonds and served with a cilantro lime dressing.
RECOMENDED REHEATING TIPS:
Separate all of the bowl components. Heat up in a frying pan 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat. Once oil is hot, sauté your rice and add toasted almond and peaches. Flake in your salmon filet. Top with the fresh mango and cilantro sauce and enjoy!
(If you prefer the salmon whole, warm up in a 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.)
