Korean Salmon Bowl
Rice bowl with salmon, cucumber sesame slaw, bok choy, avocado and a spicy Korean dressing
RECOMENDED REHEATING TIPS:
In a pan, bring to a boil a quarter cup water with a pinch of salt. Mix in the rice until warmed through.
For the salmon, heat in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.
Top with the avocado, cucumber slaw, sauce and enjoy!
