AMBA CHICKEN BOWL
Couscous bowl, chummus, schug, Amba chicken, roasted eggplant, olives, soft boiled eggs and curried cauliflower
RECOMENDED REHEATING TIPS:
Separate chicken and vegetables from the couscous. Saute the chicken and the vegetables in a tablespoon of olive oil until heated through. Add the couscous and toss with the vegetables. Enjoy with a side of chummus.
*for a spicier dish, add the schug in while sauteing the vegetables.
